Garlicky, crispy oven roasted potatoes that are perfect as any side dish.

These crispy oven baked red potatoes are absolutely delicious. They are full of flavor and everyone will love them. I love baking potatoes because they are super easy, all you do is prepare and season and let cook in the oven. I love using red potatoes for baking because they are the perfect size.
Tip 1: When baking I try to use dried herbs because they work better when baking and most of the time fresh herbs will burn and start to taste differently when baking especially on high heat.
Tip 2 : I like to cook the garlic with olive oil on stove to release more flavors. You simply have to just pour in olive oil in a pan and garlic and cook on a medium low heat. Make sure not to burn garlic.
Here's How to make it:
RECIPE:
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Cut potatoes into half or quarters than rinse thoroughly and pat dry and transfer into a mixing bowl.

Transfer potatoes into a sheet pan and spread out into 1 layer
Roast in the oven for about 40-45 minutes or until they are cooked thoroughly and crisp. Make sure to flip once or twice during the baking process to get them evenly brown.
