Easy and delicious Pesto Red Potatoes

Here's How to make it:
RECIPE:
INSTRUCTIONS:
Boil Red Potatoes just until they are tender once ready set aside
In a blender add in your garlic, pine nuts, parsley, olive oil, dried basil and parmesan cheese and blend until smooth and set aside
Now, cut potatoes into bite size pieces or desired size. Transfer into a pan, preferably non stick. Add in your pesto and additional salt if needed and a little bit of ground chili powder (optional) .
Gently combine together and gently flip each side and cook until the potatoes are nice and golden on each side or so.

for the pesto:
1/8 cup pine nuts
1 cup flat leaf parsley
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp dried basil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
salt to taste
10 medium size red potatoes
1/2 tsp ground chili powder (optional)
