
Easy and delicious fingerling potatoes that is a great side dish to any meal. These fingerling potatoes are packed with flavor and so delicious. For this particular potatoes ,I boiled the potatoes until they were done, than pan seared them on the stove with dried herbs, lemon and spices.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Boil potatoes until they are tender and ready
remove and gently smash the potatoes
In a medium pan heat 3-4 tbsp or more of olive oil.
place your potatoes, add in spices, flip over once golden from one side. Repeat step on both sides. Remove once perfectly golden
Add additional seasoning if needed and enjoy.

1 1/2 lb fingerling potatoes
water for boiling potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
about 5 cloves of garlic (chopped or grated)
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
1/2 lemon (juice)
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground chili powder
