You can serve these chicken kabobs with rice, in a wrap or even in a salad. They will add so much flavor to anything you choose to have it with. They are pretty much perfect, and i highly recommend trying it.

If you do not have all the spices to make these kabobs. You can try to find Chicken Tandoori spice mix or any tandoori seasoning will work.

Here are a few tips you need to know:

Tip 1: Marinating the chicken in yogurt will make the chicken more tender and juicy.

Tip 2 : The longer you marinate the more flavorful.

Here's How to make it:

RECIPE:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut chicken and vegetables into cubes and marinate in yogurt, lemon juice, grated garlic and ginger, chopped cilantro, dried kasoori methi and all spices and keep in fridge for at least an hour or more. If you are using Tandoori spice mix , use a separate bowl to make the marinate. In that separate bowl add your yogurt , add about 3-4 tablespoon of mix and lightly add salt. Some may contain salt already and you may not need to add anymore

  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees or cook chicken on stove top on griddle pan until fully cooked.

  3. Let chicken set to room temperature before cooking than put chicken and vegetables in skewer and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes for so, or you can cook on stove top on griddle pan until fully cooked. If baking, make sure to flip half way through to help evenly cooking on both sides.

  4. Enjoy
