Here's How to make it:
RECIPE:
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Line a 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a pan add in your coconut oil, honey, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt and mix together until it smooth. Now add in your oats, pecans, and cranberries.
Remove from stove, transfer into the lined baking pan, evenly spread onto pan, make sure to evenly press down using a spatula.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Let cool down , cut into 8 -10 pieces.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate. Once chocolate is melted dip one side of the granola bar into the chocolate and place into a cool rack, chocolate side facing up. Repeat step until they are all done. Than stick in the fridge for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate is firm. Than flip the granola bars and drizzle, the top with the remaining chocolate.
