
We love to make homemade granola, just because they are much healthier, and less expensive and they are quite simple to make. This granola recipe can be enjoyed with your smoothie bowl, as cereal, in parfaits, or just as a snack anytime of the day.
For the add in you can pretty much add your desired add ins to your granola. For this particular granola recipe, I wanted to taste like one of my favorite chocolate pretzel granola bars but in bites. It is filled with granola clusters, peanut butter chips, pretzels and chocolate chips. You can enjoy this granola with smoothie bowls, as cereal, in parfaits, or just as a snack anytime of the day.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
In a mixing bowl combine your oats, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar
Lay on baking sheet with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Remove once golden brown.
Let cool down , add in your chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and pretzels (whole or roughly chopped).
Store in a jar or zip-loc and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup honey
1/2 coconut oil
1 tbsp cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter chips
1/3 cup pretzels (whole or roughly chopped)
