Super easy and simple homemade Granola.



Easy and simple homemade Granola. These Granola is full of amazing flavors. I love the addition of the Hikers trail mix. This trail mix includes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds and raisins. However, you also use any nut, fruit or chocolate to your liking. You can eat granola by itself, with smoothie bowls, or anything you like.


Here's How to make it:


RECIPE:



INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. In a mixing bowl combine your oats, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar

  3. Lay on baking sheet with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes , make sure to flip in between. Remove once golden brown

  4. Let cool down , add in your nut mix, cranberries and chocolate chips. and mix

  5. Store in a jar or ziploc and enjoy.

This recipe Serves about 6 people

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup honey
1/2 coconut oil
1 tbsp cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
3 cup cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup hikers trail mix 
1/4 or less dried cranberries 
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
