Sweet and spicy salmon cooked in a honey sriracha sauce.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut your salmon into bite size pieces, add your oil, 1tsp ground chili powder, salt and black pepper and bake in the oven on 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8-10 minutes.
For the sauce: In a mixing bowl add in sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, water, corn starch and set aside . In a medium size pan transfer your cooked salmon , add sauce and let simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until sauce and salmon has thickened together to your desired consistency.
Garnish with some sesame seeds , green onions or parsley and serve with rice (optional)

INGREDIENTS
For the salmon:
About 2 medium size boneless (about 300 gm), skinless salmon filets cut into bite size pieces
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp ground chili powder
1 tbsp oil
For the sauce:
½ cup water
1 tbsp corn starch
½ cup honey
¼ cup sriracha
½ tbsp rice vinegar
½ tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
For Garnish:
Green onions (desired amount)
Parsley (desired amount)
Black or white sesame seeds (desired amount)
