Double chocolate chip cookies with semi- sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.

I love cookies, especially Chocolate Chip Cookies. These double chocolate chip cookies are soft and chewy and full of amazing chocolate flavors. I added white chocolate chocolate chips as well however you can exclude them and just add in more semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Here are a few tips you need to know:
Tip 1: Make sure your butter is at room temperature, or in this case , i used melted butter. You can melt your butter on stove top or simply in the microwave.
Tip 2 : Always separate your dry and wet ingredients. This makes a huge difference and it is a very important step.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
In a mixing bowl combine all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt and whisk together.
In a separate bowl mix in your melted butter, white granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk together until well incorporated.
Slowly add in the the flour mixture to the wet mixture, than add in your chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
Form cookie dough onto a cookie sheet with ice cream scoop, make sure they are about 2 inches apart or form about 1 tablespoonful balls
Bake for about 12-14 minutes or until edges are darker

2 1/4 cup All- Purpose Flour
2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 sticks unsalted melted butter
2 eggs (preferably at room temperature)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2- 1 cup chopped pecans
