Tip 1: Make sure your blueberries are dry and toss blueberries in flour to remove extra moisture and to prevent them from setting to the bottom.
Tip 2 : Using oil in your muffins can make it little bit more moist.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Cream butter with sugar until fluffy than add egg, and oil to the mixture.
Toss blueberries in 1/4 cup flour and set aside
In a separate mixing bowl combine 2 cups of all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and whisk together.
Add the flour mixture to the batter a little at a time than fold in the blueberries.
Place cupcake cups in muffin tin and scoop batter into cups and sprinkle remaining sugar on top.
Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until slightly golden on top and use a toothpick to make sure they are dry and ready. If not ready put back in the oven until they are done. Let cool down and remove from tin and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all purpose flour + 1/4 cup to toss blueberries in
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup granulated sugar + 1 tbsp for topping
1 stick soften unsalted butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 -2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
