Perfectly delicious oatmeal pumpkin cookies with chocolate chips and dried cranberries

These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies are perfect. If you love oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips and dried cranberries than these might be one you'll love. They are chewy and amazing and is a perfect fall treat.

Tip 1: Cut the butter and melt it in the microwave or on the stove and let cool down before using.

Tip 3: You don't need to use a stand mixer. You can simply use a mixing bowl and whisk it by hand.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Combine your all purpose flour, old fashioned oats, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon and set aside.
Cream together melted butter, pumpkin puree white sugar, brown sugar until well Incorporated. Than add egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. After it is well combined, add in your chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Grease your baking trays and form into 1 1/2 inch balls or use a medium size ice cream. Make sure they are about 2 inches apart. Gently press down. This will allow them to spread more.
Bake in the oven for about 12-14 minutes or until they are slightly golden brown on the edges.
Remove and let cool and transfer to a wire rack or a plate.
