Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
In a mixing a bowl add in your oil, water, eggs, vanilla extract and sugar, pumpkin puree and whisk together until where combines.
Now, add in your sifted all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin spice seasoning, cinnamon, and whisk together until everything is well combined. Now add in your chocolate chips.
Place cup cake cups in muffin tin and scoop batter into cups ( make sure to fill all the way ). Top it off with some more chocolate chips ( if desired)
Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until slightly golden on top and use a toothpick to make sure they are dry and ready. If not ready put back in the oven until they are done.
Let cool down and remove from tin and enjoy.
