A quick and easy Red Velvet Cookies using red velvet cake mix. For this recipe, I added white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips to the cake mix .If you decide to use any cake box mix it calls for the exact same amount of oil and eggs, so don't worry it'll turn out just as good.

I love using Cake Mix because they are so easy and you can just add in whatever you like to them, and you can chose any flavor or kind of cake mix.

Tip 1: The batter might be a little runny since it is a cake mix.

Tip 2: Because red velvet cake does contain red dye, I would recommend using gloves to avoid your hands from staining.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

2. In a mix bowl add in your cake mix, eggs, oil or butter and mix, than add in your white chocolate chips and semi sweet chocolate chips and combine well.

3. Form into 1 tablespoonful or so cookie balls and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until done.

4. Cool down and Enjoy!
